Hi all, and thanks Dubai Freak for the plug to my site. I adminsister the MAG 218 website. It takes some work, but its a labour of love. It is a useful project I feel for eventually giving the tower a feeling of community. Without such an online presence I think it unlikely owners and residents will be able to develop such a spirit, especially where owners will probably be far-flung in different parts of the world. The owners for one will have to make common decisions regarding management of the property and other issues, so an associaltion of some sort is actually a necessity. Why not start one online and get a jump start.

With that in mind I encourage readers from other towers to look into setting up their own sites. It's easy with Blogger.com, in addition this site offers the option of setting up forums. Think about it!

An announcement for MAG 218 followers: I will be interviewing the GM of MAG PDD, the tower's builder. I will post a transcript of the interview on the MAG 218 Community website. Date not decided, but probably within the next two weeks.
